ROTO-iD focuses on Post-Mould Production efficiencies via RFID technology. The “Track and Trace” functionality of RFID technology allows ROTO-iD to track production through the various post moulding processes.
Post moulding process, such as assemblies, are divided up into workstations. At each workstation has a predetermined amount of work needs to be done to a product before it can move to the next workstation, similar to the concept of the assembly line.

ROTO-iD is a comprehensive three-component solution designed to streamline and enhance production management. It consists of ROTO-iD Tags, an RFID Reader, and ROTO-iD Software. The ROTO-iD Tags are attached to products, allowing for seamless tracking and data collection throughout the production process. The RFID Reader captures this data in real-time as products move through various workstations. Finally, the ROTO-iD Software integrates and analyses the collected information, providing detailed insights into production progress, inventory management, and quality control. This cohesive system ensures efficient monitoring and optimization of manufacturing operations.
ROTO-iD tags (UHF) are installed onto a rotomoulded product (post-mould) by means of Spin Welding.
The operator then uses the RFID Reader to scan and link that physical product to preloaded product scheduled for production in the ROTO-iD Software.
At each predetermined stage of the post-mould assembly process (called stations) the same tag is scanned by a staff member to update the ROTO-iD software with it’s new location in the production/assembly process.
Individual stations can be given work instructions as well as checklists to be completed before the product moves on to the next station.
The entire production process, from moulding to final assembly and testing can be monitored by staff members via the ROTO-iD software.
