ROTO-iD operates on the principle of dividing workflow into customizable stations, tailored to meet the specific requirements of each product.

At the first station, a ROTO-iD Tag (UHF) is installed on a rotomoulded product and linked to a corresponding entry in the ROTO-iD Production schedule. As the product progresses through subsequent stations, RFID readers are used to scan it in and out of the various stations, facilitating real-time tracking. This enables production managers to monitor the product’s movement and time spent at each station, thereby identifying potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Additionally, comprehensive work instructions and checklists can be provided at each station to ensure that all necessary tasks related to that station are completed before the product can proceed.
